Shipping

We usually need 3 working days to prepare your order and send it to our carrier's sorting facility. During major holidays or if your order includes popular items with stock issues, it may take up to 10 days.​

Once your order is being processed in our shipping department, we cannot make any changes, including address changes. We will only ship to the address you provided at check-out.​
We only ship on business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to different manufacturing locations.​

Tracking​
All orders come with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is sent to the carrier's sort facility.
​For some shipping companies, it can take several days for the tracking information to update. If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.​
Deliveries​
Shipping times vary by country or region. We do not provide or guarantee specific delivery dates.
Here are our estimated delivery times:​
UK: 5-8 working days (approx)
USA: 2-3 weeks​
Other international countries: 2-3 weeks​

While we do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, Meowly cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or customs procedures, holidays, severe weather, labour disputes, protests, etc.
​Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees​
International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees once they reach the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Meowly has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.​
Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.​
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages​
Meowly is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with the shipping carrier.​
Note: We use the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests, and we may not be able to honour your claim if it is not reported.
Returns

We want to make returning items as easy as possible for you.

30-Day Return Policy
​
You have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return. We only accept returns for faulty goods. If you receive a faulty item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition, including the packaging.
If you wish to return a product, please reach out to the Meowly team, using the contact form. You will need to have your order number to hand, and let us know the reason for returning the item, one of our team will then respond with a delivery address to send the items back to.
When you return an item, we strongly recommend using a "signed for" courier service to ensure your return is trackable.
Once we receive your return, our warehouse team will inspect the item and if the return is in a condition for it to be resold, your refund will be actioned promptly, however if the return is not in a saleable condition we will have to refuse the exchange/requested refund.
Please note that we can only accept items that have been requested for return, so get in touch before sending anything back to us.

While we will have a record of your order, it's best to have your receipt handy to help us find your order quickly.​

Do You Offer Exchanges?
​
If you want to exchange your product, the quickest way is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can then go ahead and make a separate purchase for the new item.

This way, you can get the item you really want without any delays.

How are Refunds Processed?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll be in touch.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Refunds usually take 3 working days to show up on your bank or credit card statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and refund, and you still haven't received your refund, contact us, and we will follow up for you.
